Presenter Application Form

The CEC may name persons to be Presenters in all or part of a proceeding on such conditions as the Panel considers appropriate. The commitment for Presenters is somewhat less than for Participants. Presentations will be restricted to 15 minutes unless more time is requested.

If you wish to make an application to appear before the hearing panel as a Citizen Presenter please fill out the form below to apply online. If you’d like to apply by mail or fax, download our Application Form to print, fill out and mail to our offices at 305-155 Carlton St., Winnipeg MB, R3C 3H8 or fax to 204.945.0090.
